All our learners are entered for exams and coursework based qualifications such as Btec, ASDAN etc. There is a varied range of qualifications delivered on and off site. The school is inspected annually by the National Examination Board and Btec – where we are praised for our excellent delivery of courses and exams, especially in supporting our students during this emotionally difficult time.
Our students at Kettlebrook have continued to take the learning opportunities that they have been offered and achieve the success that they deserve despite having to overcome a variety of learning, social and behavioural barriers/difficulties. On average over 90% of our Year 11 students get accepted onto their chosen courses at various Colleges of Further Education in the West Midlands; these include: South Staffordshire College; Burton College; Sutton Coldfield College; Walsall College. Unfortunately, some students still refuse to engage.
